Back with an update! As I have said before I am going though my treasures. I am keeping the ones still loved and letting go of the ones which have lost their luster. In this category of lost luster is Bleach the manga and anime which had more media but I never saw any of the novels, games, OVAs, etc.

Long ago...well not that long...however it is long enough ago I watched it on 'Cartoon Network' and would buy it on DVDs spending $30 for three episodes. Now I can watch the whole series for free! The money I lost...owch. Sorry. Anyway I loved manga and anime. After years of enjoying anime I was fading out however Bleach became popular. I did become somewhat obsessed with it. My favorite character was (or is) Tōshirō Hitsugaya. There were I thought two arcs I watched but seems wrong...

I saw and read till around the end of the Zanpakuto arc before dropping Bleach and moving on to another obsession. The trouble was Hitsugaya was strong but they had to get stronger enemies so he faded somewhat to the background. Not fully as he was a popular character.

Examples are the movies. The first was Bleach: Memories of Nobody (2006) which I liked but found funny as the movies never seem to add to the show. And this one followed first off as no one will remember the lady who was a collection of memories. A good movie and Hitsugaya was in so enjoyed more. The second was Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion (2007) about Hitsugaya and his past in Soul Society. Interesting. Also made me realize his friend disappeared from the show I think. I liked the story and enjoyed seeing how Hitsugaya deals with life. There are two or three other movies I have never seen. I faded out of the show and moved on to Transformers.

And the manga. I only have two of them. The last two strangely. For Bleach 73 seems the Soul Reapers and Quincies are fighting.
Urahara (store man with hat) and quincie(?) man are fighting. We see Urahara's bankai. And Grimmjow does killing blow to quincie man. The the 'kid to hot' (she was a kid like little kid and somehow became and very "hot" woman...creepy but I am hopful that is because I do not know her story) saves them.
Hitsugaya and Kuchiki are fighting another quincie man who is a giant and Zaraki joins in the fight. Zaraki gets his bankai. And the reason I got the book... Hitsugaya shows his truly completed bankai.
Ichigo and main quincie man are meeting and Inoue (lady red hair also and had hair pins that are fairies or like) is helping him. Also Uryu shows up but fights another quincie man.
Renji and Rukia are also rushing to help Ichigo.
And in the end the fathers of Ichigo and Uryu show up.

Continuing the manga trend with Bleach 74. The two groups are still fighting but it is wrapping up and we get a ten years later.
Side note there a coupon from Barnes and Noble (where I got the manga) for a bye one get one half off that goes bad on October 31st 2020. Seems I got this book 'recently.'
Uryu and whoever fight while Ichigo and main-man fight. At Ichigo's loss man took power from Ichigo and his followers...I think? Does this mean Ichigo is at half power now? Guess it does not matter.
Renji and also Rukia show up. As well as Tsukishima and two in his group (I have no idea who they are...this is why you do not go in at the end of a series.) Help and all better.
Aizen meets main-man.
The fathers meet up with Uryu to give him a special arrow.
Renji confesses to Ichigo that he helped Renji and Rukia get back together so Renji will help Ichigo all he can.
Ten years later.... Soul Society and people gathering for a meeting. Hitsugaya and others are show on the way. It is shown Rukia is the new caption of Squad 13. Then in the human world all are together to watch Chad box. Well Uryu is not as URYU IS A DOCTOR!?! Nice for me.

How about I end this long ramble? I spend wayyyy too much time on this...both yesterday and today (the 12th). I hope someone enjoyed my trip down memory lane. It was fun for me to remember and think of past me. I liked Bleach and I would say someday I might rewatch and read the manga but in truth there are other shows and books I would re-enjoy more. Also if my new path works out I will not have time to reread or rewatch. It was good if not a product of anime. I loved the characters...well some of them (Hitsugaya, Uryu, err I think there were more but I do not remember). The art was off at times with the arms and legs being too skinny but the story and Ichigo's view was great. In truth I had forgotten how great till my reread and watch. Ok done. Thank you for reading.

Now the first thing I feel I should address in the 'official update' after so long is deleting accounts. I am letting go of accounts I do not use or the site is near dead. Also the accounts I have doubles of on the site. There is too much to accomplish to be dealing with all the extra.

I have been going though movies, games, and such in the DC universe. Done as of yesterday is the Tomorrowverse with the movies and shorts. It has good and interesting movies. I also know of comics I need to read but for now I have a basic knowledge of what happen. Also the shorts were fun to see. I liked the animation stye but it was like old school art.

Going on from there Young Justice turned out to have more than I knew associated with it dealing with games, movies, and tv shows. The short film and other tv show are done but the game and comics I still need to see and read. I adore the first season of Young Justice. Maybe my favorite show but season two to four were lacking. Still such great content and happy to see more dealing with the DC Universe even if DC can never let characters be happy.

How about Gotham Knights now? I am done...except now I want to play as Red Hood and then as Nightwing again. The game is annoying in parts but over all I love playing. I hope to play again this Christmas and New Year vacations for the Red Hood play though. The Nightwing replay will be sometime after...maybe a summer break from work? Time will tell.

The Red Hood helmet went off well at the Convention. It makes me want to update and do better with my outfit.

With the purge of my stuff...slow...just slow.

In the end I guess not that much to say but glad finally getting a real update out there. Wow it has been a while.

Wow...Echo chamber gone...I never thought someone would subscribed but hello celestial_dragoness!

Oh! The eclipse will be here Monday. I am so excited! I want to get pictures of it but also know from experience pictures on my phone of the sun do not turn out well. That will not stop me from trying. The fact we have an eclipse is amazing. The moon is the perfect size and in ...600 million years I think (thank you google) the moon will be too small to block the whole sun. The joy I feel at this event is silly but whatever the eclipse makes me happy so I will enjoy.

On to other things. There is still a need to update about my trip and figure what I am doing with travel in general. I do not have the drive to travel like I did five or maybe two years ago. At the same time it has been such a staple of my life. The past ten years I have gone so many places. I am not sure I want to close this chapter of my life yet. I need to however...

Now to end this with the weirdest part being someone might read it. Lol.

This is for 2023. Yes I know this is March but why not? It was found on whoopsitswhump journal because of addme_fandom because I was checking for DC friends. I decided it was a bad idea at present time.

Your main fandom this year? DC and Nightwing specifically. Also Harry Potter I have been playing and loving Hogwarts Legacy.

Your favourite movie watched this year? I checked my list and it is not complete but I think The Flash wins.

Your favourite book read this year? Omg while checking my list (which is not complete) I saw Cassiel's Servant and I loved that book so thinking it wins best of year.

Your favourite comic of the year? (I added this one) This will be strange maybe... the old Transformers comics I have been reading. Why? It is nice to read the comics I have had nearly ten years.

Your favourite TV show of the year? Not sure I have really watched any TV shows...Rewatching but nothing new.

Your favourite video game of the year? Already said...Hogwarts Legacy is my winner. Though I have enjoyed Gotham Knight and can not wait to play it once I am done with Hogwarts Legacy.

Your favourite song, album, or artist to listen to this year? I might beable to track this down thanks to Spotify but honestly...right now I do not care. I am sorry music is not a passion of mine.

Your best new fandom discovery of the year? Not sure but maybe old Nightwing comics?

Your biggest fandom disappointment? The realization fandom destroyed my love of Transformers. I also realized that in my experience 'females' seem to be the catalysts for most trouble in fandoms. I should write more but I do not care...just an idea I had form as I thought about Transformers and why I do not enjoy the stories like I used too. It also happened with Voltron and is happening with DC. Now that I see the connection I can avoid it. However I will say the smaller the fandom the better.

Your TV boyfriend of the year? I would guess that a 'boy' I have a crush on? If so he is from comics. Jason Todd. I know bad boy. ;n;

Your TV girlfriend of the year? Again comics? Barbara Gordon I would say.

Your biggest squee moment of the year? Getting though old Transformer comics and letting them go?

Fandom resolutions for next year? Lol stay out of fandoms or at least only engage in a little.

Your biggest fannish anticipations for the new year? Ohhh I should have something but I have nothing.

...in the comics. I am reading comics I have had for over ten years. They are the Transformers IDW 2009 run. The best part? I have never read them and am only reading them because they are being sold. Part of the "great purge" I am in the process of completing. Glad I am reading as wow I do not like this story. I am enjoying seeing the characterizations that are official. It is shocking to me how much fan concepts seemed the "right" way of characters when in truth it was never in licensed work. Fun and interesting times.

Edit...I forgot I sill need to update on the trip.

I do but I have been so busy. There will be a better update soon but the library closes in twenty minuets and internet is stopped at ten.

I KNEW IT! I knew the venom were real! I knew they were the ones to break the border! That or dragons. (Also I am playing the audiobook so I did not see the spelling but venom? Really?)

I need to still clean these up...like really badly but also do not care right now.

Clean up is not going to happen. This is the 27th of Sept and I do not care. I am done. I did not want to copy those last notes but did because ...I am unique.

End thoughts a month later. I can see why the book is liked. I also see why it is getting disliked. I dislike the book for one main reason. It makes no since. The dragons bond to "strong" etc riders...but the strongest bonds to Vi? The Feather Tail was there because? The rider school is deadly to get the best of the best but one of the bests was lost because she looked up when dragons passed and Vi makes it??? There is so much that has no logic except for keeping people on "the edge of the seat" or something. The book was interesting at the end and I would like more. However I am not reading the next book just for that...I can figure it out somehow.

My thoughts on two movies...I saw them both the day they came out. I did not update because I think I had not gotten this place going. Cannot journal if there is no journal. Lol.

Short and spoiler free view for The Flash is I loved it. I wanted to see again in theaters but with all going on it did not work out. Still great four out of five stars. I have already bought it and will watch tonight!

The short and spoiler free version for Transformers Rise of the Beasts would be...I did not like it and would give it two out of five stars. In short I felt it was Transformers: Dark of the Moon with new people and the Transformers with more of a part but still second to the humans. If that sounds good to you then great.

And those are my thoughts. I find it funny my thoughts are opposite to just about everyone else...Wait that is not true. Most podcast and YouTube people I hear and watch dealing with DC liked The Flash. I understand why the movie did poorly but still I loved the move. The Transformers Rise of the Beasts however I am opposite as the one podcast I still listen to did like it and I have no connection to the Transformers fandom otherwise. I do think the review was poor in the paper.
